1. The Cheer Season is a full year commitment from September to March (Novice and Prep) June- April (Elite)(June commitment - team placement, July/August - 1 day in August).
2. All Infinity Athletics customers are required to have a card set up in iClass Pro for all payments. All Tuition is ran on the 15th of the month. If choosing to pay by cash, Check or e-transfer payments must be received prior to the 15th or payment will go through card. If any fees unpaid by the 1st of the month, your athlete will not be able to practice until account is cleared.
3. All fees are non-refundable. If wishing to discontinue training/classes at Infinity Athletics, any and all outstanding fees including uniform, tuition, travel and so on MUST be paid to the gym in full as per the payment schedule up until the date of discontinuing. Scheduled payments after discontinuation will be cancelled.
4. It is mandatory to abide by the Attendance policy as outlined in the Policy handbook. Athletes are to attend their teams regularly scheduled practices.
5. Infinity Athletics will issue a list of " Black Out Weeks" during said black out weeks, any missed practices may result in the athlete not competing in the next competition or moved to a new position at competition. No competition fees will be refunded for missing a competition week practice.
6. Athletes should be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes prior to team practice or class unless otherwise discussed with a coach. Athletes should be picked up on time, if late pick up is needed please contact the gym as this may require coaches or staff to stay past their set hours.
7. Fundraising- All fundraisers facilitated are individual, unless otherwise noted. We will apply credits to your accounts. Questions regarding fundraisers can be emailed to fundraising.infinityathletics@gmail.com . Any surplus of credits from fundraisers can be used towards any service or products Infinity Athletics offers. If athletes leave with a credit that will be transferred to a general fund after one year. Refund checks will not be issued in the result of a surplus.
8. All transportation to and from competitions is the sole responsibility of parents. I understand that some competitions may require a specific hotel. Information will be given as those dates approach.
9. I understand that as a IA member I am not allowed to use the Infinity Athletics logo and make my own IA merchandise. I cannot sell or create my own Infinity Athletics apparel or merchandise. I also understand I am not allowed to contact vendors on behalf of Infinity Athletics without approval from Infinity Athletics leadership, doing so is grounds for dismissal from the program.
10. It is the parent's responsibility to stay informed. Check your emails regularly, if you are not receiving information contact Infinity Athletics immediately so we can check your account.
11. Athletes are placed on a team with the expectation that the skills they have at Team Placements will remain and grow through the season. If an athlete can no longer fulfill the role they were placed on the team for, they will be moved to a team where they can fulfill the necessary role.
12. I understand that when registering my athlete for a competitive team we are committed to the team and gym.
13. I understand extra practices that are not currently on the schedule may come up and we are committed to the Team and WILL be at all practices.
14. All athletes and parents are expected to carry and conduct themselves with the utmost maturity on social media. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, photos, interactions and discussion boards. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination from the gym.
