CAMP DIRECTOR POSITION
What do Camp Directors do?
The most important out of all Camp Directors’ duties is to ensure campers are having fun and are safe at all times. Directors will assist parents with signing children in and out, serving snacks, facilitating games and activities as well as day-to-day operations of Camp. The job duties of a Camp Director include facilitating indoor and outdoor summer camp games, educating children, and setting up equipment. Time management, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are critical in this position. Applicants should be able to effectively communicate with both children and adults.

COACHING STAFF REQUIREMENTS
- Night and Weekend Availability
- Must be 16 or older
- Over 18 must pass a background check
CIT BENEFITS
- All hours recorded as C.I.T’s can be used towards Community Hours required for students.
- The program is a great way to continue to develop time management, leadership qualities, and coaching skills.

CIT REQUIREMENTS
- C.I.T’s must be at least 12 years old to apply.
- C.I.T’s must be a registered Cheer Infinity athlete
- Attend, and be punctual for practices and events
- Be a positive role model for all athletes, maintain the high example of behaviour while representing CIA
- Be cooperative and helpful to all coaches and athletes
- Work hard, take directions from head and assistant coaches, and strive for excellence

CAMP DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 16 or older
- Over 18 must pass a background check
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor activities or sports for groups of campers
- Lead recreational and educational activities
- Manage and oversee children and other staff
- Educate campers through reading and games
- Set up and maintain sports equipment
- Effectively resolve conflict among campers when necessary
- Clean and sanitize play areas, equipment, and dishes as necessary
